Thanks Lynette. This stuff always catches my eye!

  2. Definitely a quilt in there

    1. Heyjude says:

Definitely. The stone work also is like stained glass.

Now what is, or was, that rusty wheel a part of? I like it.

    1. Heyjude says:

Constructed in 1816 as a salt warehouse serving the local fishing community. Don’t know what the rusty object was for, a kind of winch maybe? I must return and get a photo of the whole building.

Perfect choice for the challenge, Jude.
    Best wishes, Pete. x

Thanks Pete. Wordless isn’t a challenge of sorts, it’s just an excuse to post a photo on a Wednesday without the need for an explanation or the creation of a long post.

    Beautiful textures!

Granite has so many colours in it. I love the way this has been constructed.

Rust and old stone make a great combination. Well spotted, Jude.

I am fond of rusty objects. Unless on my own house or car! This is a very old building and I must go and get a photo of it in its entirety once I have a car.

      1. Catherine says:

t’s hope you get the car fairly soon.
