Perfect placing of the bird, Jude. 🙂
It is already 30 C here, and set to be in for the day. I took Ollie out before 10 am, as it is too hot for him at his usual time. But it’s not raining, so I’m not complaining!
Best wishes, Pete. x
That’s too hot for me Pete. I’m uncomfortable at anything over 20 degrees these days! Just been mowing the lawn and feel like I have been in a sauna!
Too hot for outside jobs here, Jude. Even hotter tomorrow. But it’s not raining! x
Yes tomorrow and Thursday look like days to spend indoors in your neck of the woods. Not so hot down here, but that’s fine by me!
23 and counting. 🙂 🙂 30C here too after a greyish start. May be the result of fires further north but it’s been hazy for a day or two. Who understands weather? We went out for a meal beside the water as I’m line dancing (tee hee! last one? 🙂 ) this evening and won’t want to cook when I get back. Heading for the roof to watch a few boats…
This is quite warm enough for me I have to say – I couldn’t live in your climate during the summer months. Nice to have lunch by the water though. We should do that more often.
3 people line dancing tonight! Triumph 😆 But hot!
I’ll join the weather discussion and tell you all that it’s winter in Queensland and today will be 22°. Beautiful and just how I like it. 😎☀️ And Jude, this photo is gorgeous.
And 26 degrees in Brisbane! That’s about as high as I like to go, and even then it is the humidity that knocks me out and causes my joints to ache.
So you wouldn’t enjoy Brisbane in summer then. Winter is usually not that warm, but we have been having some unseasonally warm temperatures this week.
I don’t enjoy the humidity whatever the temperature is. Brisbane and summer won’t be my choice, but it’s looking as though it might be February now…
Oh, I hope there will be aircon where you are staying. It’s exciting to know you might be visiting though.
It’s a lovely photo. Here in coastal southern California it is about 23 degrees C which is lovely. 🙂
not at all what i was expecting for power blue, but love it 🙂
I used to be like you heatwise but living in Portugal even in the winter months has made high 20s manageable, and only now beginning to thin it is a tad warm! Glad though it is only going to be with us another day or so in the 30s
Nothing like that down here. Very cloudy today and humid.
Lovely picture of flight. Can’t tell from your photo. Do you know what hawk this is?
It is a buzzard – we get quite a few around here. Also kestrels.
We have many of both.
This is a striking shot Jude.
Thanks Gilly, not seen so many this year, but I do often hear them.
