Back in February the bench outside my conservatory was full of the blues in the form of dwarf Irises. As they have gone over the pots have been replaced with tulips, narcissi and starflowers (ipheion) in white and yellow.

By growing spring bulbs in containers it is easy to move them around as plants finish their flowering and new ones begin. In this display only the Narcissus ‘Mother Duck’ are new this year.
