During the winter I take a break from the Six on Saturday meme as there is not much to record in my garden over the next few months (Plus it is too wet and cold to go out there). Instead I shall be posting photos that have been taken on my phone and edited with some of the different photo editing effects. Hence Saturday Sketches! Sadly nothing to do with my artistic talents β more the lack of!

‘Moove over. I got here first’. I wouldn’t argue with a cow at a bus stop π
Me neither! Thankfully I was already on the bus.
One involuntarily wonders what the cows are thinking … maybe “what can we do to ride this big thing too” π. Back to your photo – it looks 50% photo and 50% like a painting.
βDoes this bus stop at the milking station?β.
βNo, the bus station. The milking station is the udder oneβ.
Sorry Judeβ¦
Groan… π
Gosh, lots of cow puns in the comments section that I don’t think I’ve heifer herd before…
Oh, no! Not you too! π
Another one that works well for me because it is more like a photo. π
Best wishes, Pete. x
True, the changes here are very subtle.
I cannot compete with the punning!
I find rows of cows staring at me unnerving after a couple of nasty experiences (unless they are highland cattle which seem very docile). Being on the bus was definitely the safest place!
I stay my distance from the moos too! Today I had a visit from 7 naughty sheep, munching the plants in my Cornish hedge!! π±
Very naughty!
More like wanting some extra food than a journey π
It looks like they’re ready for a day out on the town.
Haha… yes. Shopping in St Ives!
LOL, makes me remember my brother as a toddler, getting upset with the cows looking over the garden wall at him. I think they found him quite entertaining but he was not at all pleased! I like the effect of the cut edges – makes it look like a silkscreen print.
They do have an unnerving way of staring at you.
