Keeping my fingers crossed that the other three open their flowers, we need some more sunshine ☀

Proudly home grown too! Only four survived the S&S though 😢

A late summer delight. Many sunflower fields in Cornwall?

    1. Heyjude says:

I haven’t seen any, but I do recall reading about one where you can pay a fee to take photos in the field.

Lovely. Mine are just about finished. Hope the birds will enjoy the seeds

  6. Wow, a red sunflower? I don’t think I’ve ever seen that colour – it’s lovely!

I have a red and yellow one now! And the more usual yellow. These are quite small flowers on very long stems and only one flower at the very top. I’m not sure I will grow them again.
