      I was taking a photo of the Verbena as it has such interesting colours at this time of the year, the hoverfly is a bonus!

      It was a rare still day so I was out looking for insects. Should really have put the macro lens on, but too lazy 😂

        We only get one snouted one here in Ireland but I have only known it by its scientific name, Rhingia campestris
