Like a mackerel sky, but more feathery.

I usually pop outside around sunset just to see what is happening to the west of us, I was very happy to see this cloud!
I wonder if it was very windy up there. Lovely photo, Jude.
Apparently this type of cloud formation is caused by winds we can’t see.
They are amazing!
