Not me, the lady on the beach 😁

A great shot. I was quite discombobulated when I read the title as I was fairly sure you don’t have a dog. Now I understand.

My ant people. A rather grainy shot, taken through the window of a bus in the rain, but I liked the dog 😂

  3. It’s beautiful. I thought you had taken up painting. Amelia

It does have a painterly look about it. Just a tiny bit of editing on a not very good photo!

      1. Again, it is the composition that makes the photograph. I think I would be very tempted to enlarge and frame it.

I don’t know if you know of L S Lowry paintings, but my ant people on the beaches (of which I have a fondness of photographing) remind me of his figures. He usually painted urban scenes, but did a few seascapes – The Estuary even has a dog!

Definitely Lowry-esque. The lady and her dog had a lot of space to themselves too.
    Best wishes, Pete. x

The weather had just turned. Not surprisingly the beach was almost deserted.
