Sounds just like here. First home buyers priced right out of the market. We were lucky to buy back in 1998 when a slump was on, and it was a buyers market.
Most of our winter days are exactly like that – perfect. We’ve had some very hot days this summer but today is showery and only 23 degrees, so that’s a nice change.
