Dear Jude,
well done. You really got it right with the perspective of the buildings what we always find quite hard and we mostly fail.
Thanks for sharing

Dear Jude,
this colour pencil effect looks so real!
We love our colour pencils. We got big boxes of colour pencils from Caran d’Ache and Schwan Stabilo when our dear Master wrote his books about colours. To draw with colour pencils is our thing.
Happy weekend

Yes. It is difficult for young people to get on the housing market, most work is in retail or hospitality, neither of which pays well, and often is seasonal. Hard to find anything to rent too, as landlords get more using the homes as holiday lets – even 1 bedroom places fetch £700 a week in peak season.
Tad close to the edge for me!
Ooh, I’d love to own one. Great views over towards St Ives.
Clever stuff!
One that worked nicely.
Coastal erosion will come for them eventually! 🙂
Best wishes, Pete. x
Sand dunes, so possibly buried rather than collapsing into the sea.
Very nice drawing.

Ah, well, this is a photo KB and then converted to a sketch using a coloured pencil effect. If only I could really sketch like this! Sadly not.

Some how the perspective seems odd with this colored pencil effect. Not sure how or I would mention it.
You think so? Maybe because they are in the sand dunes so not all the cabins are at the same level.
That makes sense.
This one worked well, Jude!
I thought so Sue. The green cabin especially.
Yes…so you buYing on??
These cabins rarely come on to the market and if they do they cost as much as a proper house! So, no, I won’t be buying one.
Crumbs, pricey!
Most things are in Cornwall if there is a sea view.
And pricing the locals out

That is beyond sad
Cool use of the colored pencil effect Jude!
Thanks Tina. Some things work well. Especially buildings.
Love these artistic look..
Only way I can achieve a sketch as I am no artist!
This is beautiful!
Thank you.
