A short series of views from around Trencrom hill taken in early January 2021. Being forced into yet another lockdown and being confined to our local area I had the idea of going out each day with a different theme in mind. This second series is all about light and shade.
Beautiful photos – you certainly capture the light and shade so well 🙂
Thank you Rosemary, it certainly helps to go out with a focus.
Oh, I love seeing rays of light shining through the clouds like this. So beautiful over the water.
When the sun breaks through dark clouds it can be quite dramatic.
That’s a cracker! The light streaming from the heavens and the sky and water. Truly beautiful, Jude 🙂 🙂 Happy Valentine’s!
Thought it was a nice image for today. ❤️ We were on our way back home when the sun hit the lighthouse. It won’t be doing that today…
Another great photo!
Thanks John.
Aaaaah! That headland highlighted by the sun is is excellent
Yes! Had to stop in my tracks for that one. The sun had practically disappeared by then.
Pleased you did!
The suns rays are the best Jude 🙂 🙂
Not today!
Just lovely.
The sunlight hit that headland just perfectly.
The light seems to have hit the opposite headland just at the right moment. It must have known you were coming with your camera. 🙂
Best wishes, Pete. x
Going home as the sky was looking ominous. Just one last peep from between the grey! I always look to the lighthouse just in case. 😊
I love the sunlit headland and the rays of light. It gives a feeling of depth to the picture.
Thanks Ann. A lucky shot. Right place, right time.
Lovely light and shade in the photo. That’s a great view.
It is indeed and only a few minutes walk from home.
