Better than our leaden sky today.

      And mine…

        All over it appears.

        1. Heyjude says:

Looks like it could get worse, snow headed across the country by the weekend. Not here. I hope!

        2. Sue says:

          Might come here 🙁

    2. Heyjude says:

      We’re back to rain ☔

    1. Heyjude says:

Interesting what you see when you have a focus, even places you know every inch of. The clouds are always different, from one minute to the next.

      1. BeckyB says:

Missing clouds here – we are back to the solid grey

        1. Heyjude says:

Grey, bits of blue, a hint of sunlight, good old Cornish mizzle!

  2. restlessjo says:

For once I can say the same as Margaret 🙂 🙂

  3. Sue says:

    Another inviting path

    1. Heyjude says:

Going uphill this one. We weren’t going to, but the base path became too boggy, so up or back were the alternatives.

Hi Jude -I’ve just done another ‘brown’ post for you, but comments are closed so I can’t post it there and I imagine pingbacks won’t get through either: https://margaret21.com/2021/02/04/virtual-dog-goes-on-a-virtual-walk/. Is WP up to its tricks again?

    1. Heyjude says:

Comments shouldn’t be closed on the most recent post (Barcelona).

      1. margaret21 says:

Ah, sorry Jude. I imagined you wanted it pinged back to your original post where you set the brief.

        1. Heyjude says:

Sorry! No, any of the browns will do. I shut off comments because I have been getting an awful lot of the same spam on some of my photos! Not sure that it worked though. Anyway I will find you, just been doing a bit of weeding between showers!

          Good woman. Very industrious.

    2. The work of the sneaky WP Gnomes.

  5. beetleypete says:

    Yet another corker, Jude!
    Best wishes, Pete.

  6. Ever=changing skies are wonderful to watch. I like the color contrasts in this one. Oh – and a good example how lockdowns and travel limits
have got people to notice other things they may be previously ignored.

    1. Heyjude says:

Well I did an entire year walking these lanes on a photographic nature journal so I think I know them pretty well, which is why I had to come up with some alternatives to motivate me! Plus there’s not an awful lot of flora to capture at the moment.

  7. Joanne Sisco says:

The clouds look so low they could almost be touched 🙂

We’ve been in lockdown since the end of November and I’m getting restless. Walks in the neighbourhood just aren’t cutting it. Sigh.

    1. Heyjude says:

Exactly! The same old, same old gets very boring, even in a pretty location where I live.

  8. peggy says:

Followed a link from Frank’s blog to your nice blog. Clouds are always gorgeous. I do love the sky.

    1. Heyjude says:

Aw, welcome Peggy. Glad that you decided to pop in for a visit. Yes the clouds are wonderful and always different. There will be a few more!

  9. I’m so glad Frank introduced your page and wonderful photos! Very happy to visit! 🙂

    1. Heyjude says:

Thanks Marina, hope you enjoyed your visit. As you have seen this blog is not all about beaches, but the countryside too. And clouds. And flowers!

      1. Oh, yes… all of which are favorite subjects, so I know I have lots to explore and enjoy!
