Perfectly captured! Ha, I mean purr-fectly, of course πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ And would work for Autumn leaves too. Happy weekend!

    1. Heyjude says:

It would have, yes, but I have one more for that next week. Not many leaves left now. Happy kwiet weekend too 😁

I’ve actually taken a few but I doubt they’ll make it to Dawn’s. You’ll be watching tennis – or is it nice enough to get those bulbs in? πŸ€”πŸ’•

        1. Heyjude says:

          No. Mizzle again 😒
But the tennis is good. You watching it tonight? πŸ™„

        2. restlessjo says:

Saw the second couple of sets this afternoon, after I’d had a swift Zoom with the ladies πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ Back for tea and then I’ll be over there again. I’m Marie’s tennis lodger.

        3. Heyjude says:

Haha… good match and I was on tenterhooks. Glad Thiem got through. Could be a humdinger tonight. Marie should be selling tickets!

        4. restlessjo says:

A lot to play for tonight. Thiem almost blew it but I’m glad he recovered. Novak’s natural successor πŸ€—πŸ’•

Michael is becoming a tennis widower 🎾

        6. restlessjo says:

I think he enjoys the peace. But that’s it for this tournament 😦

        7. Heyjude says:

Yes. Another good match though, could have gone either way. Hope tomorrow’s final is as good as today’s matches. That’s it now until next year, and who knows whether the Australian Open will go ahead, they are much stricter in Oz and Victoria. Having had many days of zero infections and zero deaths they will not want to risk bringing the virus into the state.

        8. Heyjude says:

          Maybe a nice collage?

        9. restlessjo says:

Probably not. A lot happening next week. πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

        10. Heyjude says:

Of course, lots of lunches πŸ§†πŸπŸ₯£πŸ₯‚

        11. restlessjo says:

          And walks 🀣🀣

        12. Heyjude says:

Yes. You definitely have the weather for walking still.

  2. margaret21 says:

    A nice inviting shot.

    1. Heyjude says:

      Purfectly posed. πŸ˜…

    Handsome πŸ™‚

    1. Heyjude says:

He thought so. Reminded me of my Benjamin. Sadly passed away 16 years ago, but the most gentle cat you could ever wish for.

      1. BeckyB says:

Benjamin, now he does sound a lovely fellow. I had an Arthur who was a gentle cat, also black and white.

        1. Heyjude says:

Maybe there is something about black and white cats? This one came for a rub around his ears and wind around my ankles the way cats do 😊

        2. BeckyB says:

Awww how lovely, a special cat 🐈

        3. Ann Mackay says:

There’s definitely something special about black and white cats – I have two and they’re a couple of sweeties. Lovely image that makes me want to go into the garden. πŸ™‚

  4. Sue says:

Purrfectly posed, indeed! And with bonus seasonal leaves

  5. beetleypete says:

    That’s a chilled-out cat. Shame it doesn’t actually know it’s in Penzance.. πŸ™‚
    Best wishes, Pete. x

How did you get our “Sister Fidelma” over there for you to take a picture of? πŸ˜‰

    1. Heyjude says:

She flew over on the witch’s broomπŸ˜‚

  7. Catherine says:

The cat posed beautifully for you, and I like the way the path winds around until it vanishes into the darkness of the foliage. It makes me want to step in and explore. 😁

    1. Heyjude says:

I used an effect that darkened the background as I liked that disappearing pathway too 😊

      1. Catherine says:

Clever – it looks natural. 😁

  8. Elizabeth says:

We also had a black and white cat named, by the three year old, Panda. As for this cat, she doesn’t look like a likely volunteer for leaf raking.

    1. Heyjude says:

Cute name. My son got a tortoiseshell cat for his 3rd birthday and called her Treacle, because she was a treacley colour πŸ˜‚ they are so literal at that age.

      1. Elizabeth says:

Yes. One of my kids asked who were the forebears when we were talking about genealogy. She said she had only heard of the three bears.

        1. Heyjude says:

          πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  9. Tina Schell says:

Well for heaven’s sake, how on earth did you find a cat that actually poses where you want him or her to be?! Wonderful capture!

    1. Heyjude says:

      Such a sweetie!
