Beautiful yellow! It’s arriving quickly here now, but tends to blow away quickly too. We have a climbing hydrangea here too but it needs a proper support built for it. It was originally on our old fence which was replaced -it’s sitting in a bit of a heap now, argh!
Yes, the leaves don’t last long. I suspect these will have gone by the end of the week.
That’s a glorious photo. I searched for a reflection of the photographer in the window, but she obviously was careful not to let that happen.

Amazing! I associate autumn colour with a limited number of trees and plants but have been thinking how much wider it is. I’ve been enjoying the colour on the rugosas around here this year. Normally I’d be more likely to see a yellow leaf on a rose and think it was sickly.
I just love the Autumn leaves. We don’t have them here as such so that makes them all the more interesting to see.
