a quiet moment

Taking a stroll behind the barns belonging to the neighbouring farm the other evening I noticed this view of Trencrom Hill which is a perfect place to go to when seeking peace and quiet. From this view it looks to be practically in my garden, which now makes me wonder if all the large stones in my garden are actually part of the ancient iron-age hill fort or bits of the huge natural outcrops that have rolled down the hill.

not a soul in sight

(there is a public footpath along here although it is not well signed. I know that because on our deeds it originally passed through what is now our conservatory – fortunately our conveyancer noticed that and got it altered before our purchase went through)
