I’d like a full shot of that Header. It’s beautiful! π π Wrenched my shoulder and in some pain at the moment. How’s that happened when I’m being a good ‘stay at home’? π¦ Probably opening the shutters on a morning. The living room one’s getting old and cranky, like me π Mick says ‘what a wimp!’. Helpful, huh?
It was very heavy here on Tuesday and that sort of weather can give me a migraine, but it didn’t, I was just so lethargic I couldn’t even read a book. Sleeping was about all I could do.
Thereβs a lovely contrast between the wild land in the foreground and the cultivated farmland in the distance. Accompanied by the light playing on the fields, it makes for a very successful photo, I think.
Lovely greens in this collection.
Lots of greens here in the lanes. Everything is bursting into life.
A lovely start to the day!
Lots to discover and these plants will begin flowering soon. Already the blackthorn is showing up.
Yep!
Now that has cheered me up . . . don’t think the English enjoy our greens enough!

Not opening the wine? π· π
Cheeky! It’s a box. We’re slumming it π€£π·hic! π
Shouldn’t have jinxed myself. I have a few twinges in the back… π
Lovely fresh greens ππ
Love all the greens in your world right now. I’m starting to see buds on trees and shrubs here. It’s coming here too!!!
Doesn’t take long to join the party once those days become longer and warmer.
Weβre starting to see green buds on trees and shrubs. This is such an exciting time of year!
Nice to see these ‘local’ shots, Jude. And the sun is out here today. π
Best wishes, Pete. x
Sun here too Pete. Yesterday it was cloudy for a lot of the day and very heavy. I felt exhausted and slept most of the day! What IS that all about?
Join the club for sleeping. I am still asleep most nights for 11-12 hours.
Crazy isn’t it!
I am beginning to think it might be one of the symptoms of having the virus, with our bodies going into ‘sleep mode’ to try to fight it.

I’d hate to say serves you right π€£. More Nurofen gel needed π
Hope you feel better soon, Jo. Hope you BOTH feel better soon. π
Thanks Dina, mine was just a minor niggle, Jo’s sounds a lot more serious. Bodies need a bit of TLC as they get older!
beautiful greens! π

Thank you for your lovely comment. It is an interesting area as you say with ancient history and farmland lying side by side.
