Rock pools were always my favourite things to explore. 🙂
Best wishes, Pete.x
I haven’t found anything exciting in these so far Pete, but it doesn’t stop me from looking.
I would love to be that bird, looking out over the sea.
Yes, it seemed very happy standing there.
Plus it can fly over the bay…
Lovely photo.
On your way there did you meet a man with seven wives, by any chance?
Aaaarrrgggghhhh…
I take that as ‘no’, then?
[shakes head in despair]
Gorgeous! I suspect it doesn’t look quite like that this morning!
Not getting me out of the house today! Feels like the beginning of winter!
Doesn’t it just! The end of the week looks more hopeful!
A nice evening to finish on, though still extremely windy here.
Already? 😕 Any news?
Nope. Still waiting on a plan. How’s it going in Leeds? Wet today?
Mostly dry. Nice day at the Royal Armouries. Fed and back at base now and it’s bouncing. 😆☔☁💕
Sun’s back, then??
Not today it isn’t!
Oh dear…not here, either!
That’s an intense blue. The solitary seagull is a nice touch.
Yes, I liked the way he was standing and gazing at the sea. Usually they just appear as blobs in my photos as they fly past!
Looks so beautiful
oh how wonderful, love the stillness of the rock pools with the ocean beyond. Such a wonderful composition, thank you Jude so much for joining me yet again . . you have been with me still the very start of squares nearly two years ago now. You are fabulous 🙂
Lots of squares under the bridge Becky! You are a fabulous host 🙂
I could just imagine slipping on those green rocks while I was trying to check out the pools for interesting creatures. You really captured the sense of the pool.
I stay away from the green slimy stuff!
Very peaceful I can imagine sitting there feeling contemplative.
