What a great place to do some painting!
‘En plein air’ – he has to work quickly whilst the tide is going out.
Oh that’s the only problem?
🙂
A painting within a photo.
The lady captured the scene well, as did you. 🙂
Best wishes, Pete. x
Oh, I love this! Beautiful!
Good of him to wear a blue jacket too!
That’s what makes the shot 🙂
clearly he knew!
Next time you see him in Winchester you must ask him if he holidays in Cornwall 🙂
So nice to see someone painting en plein air — rather than from photos. Though I guess you’d have to be fairly confident of your work to do so (and cope with the comments of passers-by).
First I have seen down here, but I have seen artists painting in gardens.
… which have the great virtue of not being tidal 😂
Things were pleinty good, so no one felt the need to air a compleint.
🤣
Love this one. I always enjoy seeing pictures of artists at work.
I have seen them in gardens before now, but never along the coast. And he was wearing a blue jacket too!
I’ve seen artists in gardens, one on the banks of the Douro, but never by the sea!
First for me too Sue!
😊😊
It’s as if he was just waiting for you to take a picture for a blue challenge. 🙂 It’s such a great photo.
I know! I couldn’t believe my luck!
he looks like the chap we have in Winchester who regularly paints alfresco!
Could be?
Someone you know, or did you sneak up on him? 🙂 🙂
Took this photo from afar! Zoomed in on him 🙂
