I just love it when the sun illuminates a scene like this. Beautiful, Jude 🐋🐡🐙🐟🐚💕
Yes, it was lovely in the late afternoon sunlight. Quite mild too. Just wish every day was like this one was. And what’s with all the emojis? You posting from your phone all the time now? 😀 😀
When do you fly back home?
Don’t have laptop with me. Traveling light. On the coach to Manchester airport now ✈🌠⏳💕 Keeps me amused ☺
Did you have a good time? Hard to leave again? Or thinking never again…
Hope the flight is on time and no hold-ups!!
A bit of both. Christmas day was lovely. Traveling to Nottingham yesterday was a nightmare. Took 4 hours, bumper to bumper. But so nice to have them all together again. This is life, from now on. 😃🎠 💕
Looks like the proverbial calm before the storm. 🙂
Best wishes, Pete. x
Calm expected for a few days Pete, dull and cloudy though not the glorious sunshine we had yesterday.
We were there a few weeks ago. The weather wasn’t so kind but it’s a beautiful place whatever the weather
The weather has been dreadful for weeks, but yesterday was the sort of day that makes you glad to live in Cornwall.
It was like a mill pond yesterday. Not always the case during the winter months!
Hope it doesn’t get too cold this winter
I could do without the snow! It is still quite mild here, but the rain is relentless – sigh!
Wish you could send some rain over here
I wish I could too!
Ah, lovely glow…..
Lovely light. Lovely day. I want more!!
Don’t be greedy, Jude!!
Oh? Why not Sue? Please… I have had more than my fair share of wet in the last two months.
Stuff happens…… 😳
What a glorious scene! All that blue.
The sun on the stones of the breakwater casts a beautiful golden glow which contrasts rather splendidly with the blue of the sky. Lovely shot, Jude. I hope you get some more days like this.
I hope so too Jane!!
Beautiful. My nephew lives in Penzance and enjoys wonderful views over St Michaels Mount. It is a magical place.
Always lifts the heart when you see the bay.
