Smiling! 🙂 🙂 In Great Ayton yesterday I watched a little boy in yellow wellies romping about on the weir with a fishing net. It would have made a great study but I only had my phone. Took a couple of shots, just for the memory 🙂
My eldest son and his mother-in-law last September – they just had to have one dip in the Celtic Sea / Atlantic (he’s an Aussie and she is a Kiwi, used to slightly warmer oceans) .
Great capture, Jude. Probably too cold for me though. 🙂
Best wishes, Pete. x
I think the sea temperatures were quite good, relatively speaking!

I have a few photos of children but I won’t post them unless in silhouette or too far away to recognize.
Lovely action shot.
Thanks Carol 🙂
Oh, nice one, Jude!
Thanks Sue 🙂
Loooks like a movie scene Jude! Perfect
What a remarkable capture, Jude! 🙂
Even with a blue sea like this and water definitely warm, we didn’t go in at our stay at the Gulf Coast two weeks ago.
I don’t swim in the sea either. Just don’t know what might be swimming there with you!
Sometimes I do, but rarely.
🙂
Oh that looks so much fun.
They weren’t in very long!
Sounds like my approach to beach swimming!!
Love seeing the couple in the water enjoying the waves – great shot!

Difficult to believe that the water ca be beautiful when you stay in the Southern hemisphere. (short memory)
The water around here is a gorgeous colour. Very Mediterranean, though the temperatures are not!
