  1. What wonderful layers and gradients of different colours!

    1. Heyjude says:

The layers are wonderful, I can watch them for ages as they change colour and deepen before fading away.

  2. I got one this evening too! But not as vibrant as this. I think I need to prune.

    1. Sue says:

      Prune, Meg?

      1. Not the sunset! The bushes that get in the way. Although the concept of pruning a sunset has potential.

        1. Heyjude says:

Bushes can add to the image like my silhouettes, or crop close for an abstract canvas.

        2. But you have to be able to see the sky!

        3. Sue says:

Well, I guessed bushes, but it was worth seeing your response,….o

        4. Heyjude says:

          You are naughty Sue!

        5. Sue says:

I was always the cheeky one!

        6. Heyjude says:

Be interesting if you and Jo ever get together!

        7. Sue says:

Now who’s the naughty one, Jude?? 😂

  3. Sue says:

    Like the layers….

  4. beetleypete says:

As the others have said, the layers are perfect, and really make the shot. Nice one, Jude.
    Best wishes, Pete. x

    1. Heyjude says:

      Thank you Pete.

  5. Lignum Draco says:

Fabulous rich colours. Just like I’ve seen in the Australian Outback.

    1. Heyjude says:

Your Outback sunsets were incredible LD.

  6. Quite beautiful, Jude. We’re seeing some lovely sunsets from our Airbnb here in Victoria, BC too. The weather is glorious.

    1. Heyjude says:

Ooh, you are there already. How are you finding it?

      1. So pretty. We went to Butchart Gardens yesterday. Spectacular. 💜

  7. Su Leslie says:

Gorgeous colours; and I rather like the post and wires in the shot.

  8. Oh, wow. Those colours!

    1. Heyjude says:

An even better one coming up H.

  9. Lucid Gypsy says:

I’d be tempted to try this one square because of the lines 🙂

    1. Heyjude says:

Most of my images are square these days, but I changed to landscape for the sunsets to get more of the colour in. Square would work very well in this case.

    What an artist! Wonderful!
