Another great square image, Jude. Worked really well.
    Best wishes, Pete. x

Wish it looked like this outside my window today Pete. Hope yesterday went well for you ๐Ÿ™‚

A long but tiring day that went off very well thanks, Jude. Today we have heavy rain, sleet, wet snow, gale force winds…Not looking forward to Ollie’s dog-walk. ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

        1. Heyjude says:

No, that wind is fierce here too. ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

Brilliant square Jude – love how they have lined up with the chimney.

    1. Heyjude says:

Fluke shot Becky, we were just walking back home past Alice when the seagulls took off.

      1. BeckyB says:

even more amazing then for a fluke shot – love the composition.

I thought you’d been judiciously cropping. ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚ Weather still not good? Most of our rain was overnight but I’ve not been out. Waiting for James and Lauren to recover from last night, so it’s been me and the Christmas tree most of the day.

    1. Heyjude says:

A very blowy day (and cold too) but seen a blue sky and something yellow ๐Ÿ˜€ What were James and Lauren up to then? Too much Christmas pudding?

      1. restlessjo says:

They were out with a gang of his mates last night and it appears he’s forgotten how to drink. ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚ Lauren was ok.

        1. Heyjude says:

          Ahah… say no more ๐Ÿ™‚

Fluke or not, great composition. Hope your weather improves soon. ๐Ÿ™‚

    1. Heyjude says:

It’s winter so to be expected and in fact I don’t think it has been too bad this year so far. Fortunately we don’t have to go out so can stay at home and keep warm.

rugged up with a cuppa and a good book in front of the fire?

        1. Heyjude says:

Not lit the fire, the underfloor heating we have is more than adequate at the moment ๐Ÿ™‚

        2. pommepal says:

          And not as messy…

      2. Su Leslie says:

Good to hear. My mum is in Northampton and has been telling me how bad it is for her. But age is definitely not on her side when it comes to snow and miserable weather ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

        1. Heyjude says:

They have had worse weather in the rest of the country. Difficult if you do have to go out as pavements are never de-iced.

        2. Su Leslie says:

That’s what she said. I’m hoping my brother and nephew will make sure she’s ok. They’re generally really good. ๐Ÿ™‚

It looks great, Jude. Is Alice far from Godrevy Lighthouse, I wonder?

    1. Heyjude says:

Alice is just down the road from me, the lighthouse about 4 miles away as the crow (or seagull) flies ๐Ÿ˜€

    2. Dina says:

Fabulous! We’re in Penzance for 6 days in January and Godrevy Lighthouse is on our list. ๐Ÿ™‚ If you have time, maybe you would like to pop in for tea at our cottage in P.? Siri and Selma and of course Klausbernd and myself would love to meet you. x

      1. Heyjude says:

If you email me the dates and the address via my contact page then I shall see what I can do. Gosh that is exciting… ๐Ÿ˜€

  7. pommepal says:

Shot from the hip??? Great capture.

  8. Elizabeth says:

I love watching the crows get together every evening. I always wonder what birds talk about at the end of the day!

  9. Is Alice โ€œhomeโ€? It looks as if theyโ€™re heading straight for her. Iโ€™ll be sorry when the world of oblongs returns.

    1. Heyjude says:

I think they were heading back to the coast, they seem to spend all day in the fields when it is windy.
