Nice cloud formation, Jude. And the silhouetted foreground sets it off nicely.
    Best wishes, Pete. x

Love the skies here Pete. You have some good (big) ones too and sunrises I suspect.

We do have lovely big skies, at least in the summer. I’m never up early enough for sunrises these days! 🙂

  2. I’d love to be able to paint that!

    1. Heyjude says:

You could give it a try 🙂

      1. Have done, and it wasn’t a Turner, or even recognisable!

I quite fancy trying my hand at sketching, especially with all the ruins and standing stones around.

        2. I’ll be an appreciative audience!

I’ve had a go before, but not recently and definitely won’t be sharing!

Skies are so difficult to paint, at least I think so… I prefer to capture them on film (or digitally…)

    1. Heyjude says:

Well if you find it difficult then I shall definitely stick with the camera 🙂

    1. Heyjude says:

I put a link in the comment as when I checked before going to bed, the pingback hadn’t appeared on your post.

      1. BeckyB says:

ah that’s my fault . . I am slacking on accepting links. Sorry. Can’t keep up with all the fabulous skies that are arriving.

        1. Heyjude says:

OK. I’ll be patient in future 😀
I am enjoying looking at all the skies.

  6. Lovely! I like the way you’ve caught the brush and rocks in the foreground!

      Thank you PP 🙂
