Yes, I’m back, Jude. It was a great trip overall. I loved seeing that part of the world, and I’m always happy to be in Europe again. I wish I could live there permanently, especially with our political situation. 🙂
I guess that’s true about other European countries. I feel increasingly uncomfortable with each passing day, especially with some of the narcissistic lunatics in positions of power. But it’s always been those crazies who have sent the world into a downward spiral, hasn’t it?
Beautiful shades of turquoise to that ultramarine blue in the ocean.
The colours here remind me of Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. Seeing the sea makes me so happy 😀
😀😀😀
Looks a bit nippy 🙂 🙂
Not at all. The sun came out and it was glorious all afternoon. A lovely sheltered little beach this one. 🙂
I meant in the water xx
Warmest time of the year, but I confess I only do paddling 🙂
Sensible woman xx
The colour of that sea!
I know. It’s one of the reasons I wanted to move down here.
Ah!
More beautiful blues, Jude. I wish we had some rocks on the beach in Norfolk. They give that rugged feel to a scene.
Best wishes, Pete. x
The grandies loved playing in the rock pools, looking for water beasties 🙂
Beautiful. Those colors feed the soul.
They really do.
Those layers of color in the sea are gorgeous!
I love the colours of the sea down here. You back from Europe then Cathy? Can’t wait to hear all about it.

The political situation isn’t great in many European countries either at the moment. I don’t think I have ever lived through such a depressing time.

Unfortunately yes. And unfortunately we do appear to have some around today 😦
Caribbean colours…!
They are indeed, but the temperatures are a tad lower!
It’s what I expected…..!
I thought of a swim, but then shivered!
No shivering necessary, it was beautifully warm in the sunshine.
I miss the blue sea there 😕
It is a beautiful colour, I never get tired of seeing it.
My grandfather was forever reciting that poem about “how many were going to St. Ives,” Lovely photo.
