“Three Miles Of Golden Sands”. I always remember that boast by Hayle Sands from my childhood. Many happy days spent on that beach. Great front to back composition, Jude.
Best wishes, Pete. x
At the moment Cathy it is very fresh! Sunshine and showers and wind heading our way by means of hurricane Gert!! It has been a bit humid but we don’t get the high temperatures – mostly late teens!!
Went the other evening, but the sunset didn’t materialise which is just as well as I realised I had forgotten to put the card back into the camera!! OOPS!
Another beauty! I’d get my feet seriously wet there, Jude. And maybe the rest of me. 🙂 🙂 Happy Saturday!
How’s the knee and hand Jo? My ankle still painful, but I’m going to drag everyone to the sculpture garden this afternoon.
Can I come? 🙂 🙂
He has only just woken up! So you might make it in time 🙂
Looks like a painting – stunning
The water and the views truly are!

Thank you Pete. I think Hayle is becoming much more touristy now that most of the old industrial units have been removed. It’s not a bad little town.
Ive just been to St Ives for 4 days, also did the coastal walk to Lalant Saltings 👍
What was the walk like? Easy to follow? Did you walk on the beach at all? Thought I might take my son along it, but not if it is too steep.
The beach looks very inviting. Is it cool there, Jude, or is it as hot and miserable as it is here in Virginia? 🙂

What a beautiful image, Jude! Many of your photos have me wishing we lived in your neck of the woods. xx
Thanks Sylvia. It is very crowded down here this month, though not where I live. Nice and peaceful around here (except for the moos!)
Beautiful spot Jude – I’m happy to see the sunny weather!
Me too! It has been quite a mix this summer, lots of showers, but the sunshine is good when it manages to break through the clouds.
Well I guess we will add to the touristy look when we come visit, but your pictures certainly keep encouraging me about visiting next year.
Oh Jude, I am enjoying this series of beach photos. The colours are glorious.
Thanks Carol, can’t think why I hadn’t been to this beach before now! I am envisaging several evenings sitting up here watching the sun set in autumn.
That will be beautiful. I hope you take lots of photos to share with us. 🙂

Oh no!!
First time for everything!
I swear you pose people for these photos, maybe throw potatoes for random placement! I can take as many tiny-figure photos as you can deliver.
Hahaha… like my pockets full of insects!!
