Ageing I guess, Jude. Me too, sometimes (and not just when I stay up late watching Rafa 🙂 )
My lovely friend Vron died today. I only half believe it.
Yes. I was on my way to the hospital again on Tuesday afternoon when I got a call to say not to go. She got through a critical 24 hours but then died this afternoon.
What another beauty: all those small dark figures beautifully centred between sand and sky. Especially the running one just off centre.
I agree!!
You have good eyesight Meg! I do like capturing the tiny figures – more to come 🙂
I know how to enlarge!!!!!
Unlike some of our friends???

Your url reads ‘Cornwall in colours’. I think I’m being cheated. 🙂 🙂
How goes it?
Jo, you cheeky monkey…..
Got to keep the smiles coming, Sue. Life’s too sad otherwise. 🙂
My sentiments entirely…. otherwise we go under
She is a natural ‘tongue-in-cheek’ 😉
Absolutely!!
I just like to shake it up a bit – keeps you guessing 😀
All well, though I do get very tired. What’s that all about?

Oh, no. That is sad. This is the lady you were visiting in hospital?

😦
I love the atmosphere…calm and beautiful!
Using B&W adds a timeless feel to the shot. Reminiscent of some of my family’s holiday photos from the late 1950s.
Best wishes, Pete.
Love this, as Pete has said, timeless…..
I love your photos! The feel..
Thank you 🙂
Another shot that could have been taken on the Oregon Coast of my 1950’s childhood.
The Oregon coast looks lovely from what I have seen of it (sadly only in photographs – never got as far up the coast as that part).
I think it looks a lot like Cornwall. At least in photos. I will let you know after we visit next year.
Great photo Jude, the view from Godrevy looking back towards Gwithian Towans works really well in B&W 🙂
Thank you!
You’re most welcome Jude 🙂
