Despite the cloudy and misty days in December there have been some wonderful sunsets as the clouds part at the end of the day.
The sun sets well over to the south now. The colours change dramatically as the fast-moving, shape-changing, clouds sweep across the sky.
And from the west a huge bank of cumulus clouds catch the last red rays.

What a spectacle.lthough it reminds me that it’s bushfire hot at home.
It does appear to be hot down under, I think Perth was 42 degrees this week. Hope there are no fires…
I haven’t been game to look. But they didn’t feature in the Potato Point Christmas conversation.

It will be very quiet here this year. One daughter is in Canada and the other is in Prague and Mr ET is working until 2pm. But this evening we are having a family dinner with my parents and sister and her two boys.
