Hopefully the dreadful run of very grey winters and just as grey summers we’ve had over the last six years or so Jude has come to an end..! It is always nice to see those white capped waves. 🙂

    1. Heyjude says:

Ha, I don’t know about that – we have been stuck inside a cloud since the weekend whilst the rest of the UK apparently has a heatwave! it is very atmospheric, but I hope it isn’t like this ALL year round 🙂

You may not have such blue skies, but the sea is a wonderful blue in this shot, Jude.
    Regards as always, Pete. x

The water around here is the most incredible colour Pete, not quite the same as in New Zealand, but a very similar aqua colour even on a grey day.

It looks beautifully tranquil, not breezy at all!

    1. Heyjude says:

It was quite a chilly breeze coming off that sea Gilly, but not raining. Today after 4 days of fog we had a glorious sunny day and the water was simply astonishing.

Pure beauty, Jude. I love it! 🙂

    1. Heyjude says:

Ah, Jo you should have seen it today…

Fabulous picture! We’ve had warm, sunny weather all week – *not rubbing it in or anything* – but we don’t have that view.

    1. Heyjude says:

We haven’t had ANY view since last Saturday! Foggy all week so far, though the sun has broken through a couple of times and was HOT, but then the fog came in again.. oh well.

  7. A very pretty picture. I was thinking of you as I looked at the weather map the other day – most of the UK in warm sunshine, but the south west covered with rain clouds.

A contrast in the colours of blue and green. Very pretty! 🙂

Overcast days seem to make the colours more saturated and intense.
